John Smibert is a director of Custell Pty Ltd. Custell provide Enterprise Intimacy Programs that assist organisations to acquire, retain and grow "Blue Chip" customer relationships.
John Smibert has held a range of senior executive roles in the IT industry over 30 years. These were executive management roles covering sales, marketing, and professional services across a number of business units ranging in size up to $300 million in annual revenue. John has experience in servicing a number of key industries including manufacturing, supply chain, banking, telecommunications and government. During the 30 years he has driven high levels of customer retention and growth for tier 1 accounts in global organisations such as IBM, NCR, Unisys and Fujitsu.
John has dedicated himself to designing and managing a number of significant enterprise change programs that have flattened organisation structure and changed culture through methods such as the deployment of virtual teaming models. These programs have transitioned organisations to enable them to provide substantially increased value to clients thus radically improving retention and growth. The outcomes have been increased revenue and profit resulting in more value for stakeholders.
As part of these deliverables John has designed and/or delivered training and accreditation programs in virtual teaming, project management, sales, sales strategy, account management, managing customer value, innovation and enterprise partnering.
